Abstract: Leverage analysis is an important tool in the hands of business firms. Leverage is thus is a benefit to the effective utilization of the funds with low cost of resources yielding a relatively high amount of returns. There are financial as well as operating leverages for a firm that can be considered for analyzing the financial position of the organization. This is a case study measuring the financial performance with its leverage. Data is retrieved from the financial statements of the concern for five years and accordingly the current status of financial leverage is analyzed and its impact on return on asset, return to equity and earning per share is concluded. During the period of study the financial leverage does not influence the profitability. It is noteworthy that the sign of financial leverage is positive meaning that more leveraged firms had more profits on average even though it was not statistically significant..

Abstract: Bangladesh is an independent country. Almost half of the population of Bangladesh is female who contributes significantly to the progress of the country. The major percentage of our female workforce are engaged in agricultural sectors.Our study is based on the progress of women in different economic sectors. Most of our poor women from underdeveloped districts joining the garments sectors at minimum wages to improve their lot. The percentage rate of occupational distribution for women workforce indicates a lower rate than male workforce except the agricultural sector. Women also have strong participation in export import business, IT sector and corporate sectors, but they have to face a lot of challenges and difficulties in their working environment. So, government, semi-government, non-government as well as the family of a woman employee has to provide strong support for the betterment of women employment

Abstract: Ende Hospital Pharmacy Installation does not yet have a drug supply control system. Purchase planning is done manually based on the historical use of drugs in the last three months and manual checking of which medications will or have been used.In this study, a control design for drug supply in the AV category (A Pareto and V for vital drugs) will be made with ABC analysis and VEN classification, with statistical testing using the Kolmogorov Smirnov method.The results showed that the drug supply control system currently implemented in the pharmaceutical installation at Ende Hospital was not very good, because it had a relatively high purchase cost. They were using the dynamic lot sizing method for AV category drugs, a 4.95% cost savings can be achieved.

Abstract: In this paper the principal purpose has been made to forecast the post COVID-19 global economy using the econometric techniques based on the cross-sectional data of 178 countries. Also another important purposes has been made to find the impacts of lockdowns, international and domestic travel restrictions, infected people due to COVID-19, unemployment and change of human quality index on economic growth based on cross sectional data of these countries. Abstract: Unlike other forms of investment, investing in real estate requires huge capital and most times real estate development cannot be completed without sourcing fund externally. This study therefore aimed at examining the role Age Grade Associations as a traditional source of real estate finance played in funding real estate development in rural communities; using Ohafia as a case study. 195 respondents from a sample size of 204 drawn from five communities in Ohafia were used for the study. Descriptive and empirical analysis was used for the study. The Chi-Square test was used to test the hypothesis. Abstract: Cryptocurrency has become popular in recent years and the volume of transactions with it has increased enormously. Under this situation, COVID-19 occurred., however, Bitcoin prices have not seemed to decline but rather, have increased in 2020. This paper focuses on Bitcoin among cryptocurrencies. Abstract: This study is aimed to examine the influence of health indicators on economic growth in Saudi Arabia using time series, for the period 1990 to 2018. The study uses the bound testing Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) cointegration to estimate the short-run and long-run relationships among the variables. It was observed that the health indicators, namely, health expenditure and life expectancy at birth have significant positive influence on economic growth in the long-run.
